Choose the referral route that fits
- Secure fax 508-952-9583: referral documents and authorized supporting records
- Call 508-978-6455: live professional handoffs, service-fit questions, and coordination
- Text 508-978-6455: availability and nonclinical administrative coordination only
- Spruce secure message: spruce.care/auraintegra opens a connect page with a QR code for the free Spruce app, which carries encrypted messages between a patient or a referring office and the practice
- Email referrals@auraintegra.com: nonclinical partnership and referral-process questions only
- Patient portal: auraintegra.portal.bestnotes.com is where a patient can register themselves and complete the pre screen and demographics. Registration asks only for a first name, a last name, an email address, and a password the patient chooses; date of birth is collected on the demographics form. Sharing this address with a patient is often faster than waiting for a referral packet to be processed, and it does not replace the clinical documentation you send by secure fax
Do not send patient information through ordinary text, voicemail, email, social media, or a public website form.
