Aura Integra offers a limited number of scheduled in-person appointments at the Worcester office. In-person visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted.
Telehealth Across Massachusetts
Secure telehealth appointments are available anywhere in Massachusetts. For telehealth, you need to be physically located in Massachusetts at the time of your visit.
Care is offered to people ages 13 and older. Substance use treatment, including medication for opioid use disorder, is for adults 18 and older.

Who Provides Care
Care is provided by Augustine Mensah, MSN, BSPH, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Prescribing follows written prescriptive guidelines with an experienced Massachusetts nurse practitioner, in accordance with Massachusetts requirements.

Prefer not to use Zocdoc? Book directly: New patient visit (60 min) or Follow-up visit (30 min).

Which insurance do you accept?
We are in network with Cigna, Aetna, and Curative, billed through Headway. Medicare is not accepted at this time. Aura Integra is an enrolled MassHealth provider. Coverage depends on your plan; contact us to check yours. Self pay and a no charge superbill are available for other plans.
